Tasks

Scenario: You want to have an active view of any open tasks that are assigned to you, and that are tagged as "Follow-up" items.
First, from the Tasks view, click the Create a View button in the top right corner of the window. Then, select Incomplete tasks to designate that you want to see only the tasks still needing attention. Next, select the check box to labeled You to filter for tasks assigned directly to you. Finally, create a task filter to select only tasks with tags containing Follow up. When you're statisfied, select the Save Changes button in the top right of the window, and name your view.

Conversations

Scenario: You want to see all open Intercom conversations for any account identified as a Qualified trial.
First, from the Tasks view, click the Create a View button in the top right corner of the window. Then, select Open to identify select only open conversations. Next, select the check box labled Intercom to filter for conversations based in Intercom. Finally, create an account filter where the Status is set to Qualified Trial. When you're statisfied, select the Save Changes button in the top right of the window, and name your view. Congrats! You can now quickly see all conversations with your active trial accounts.

Notes

Scenario: You want to quickly view all onboarding meeting notes from customers who are actively being onboarded.
First, from the Tasks view, click the Create a View button in the top right corner of the window. Then, select the checkbox named Meeting to only view notes categorized as such. Next, create a note filter that filters for notes tagged as Onboarding guidance. Finally, create an account filter that filters for accounts currently in an Onboarding segment. When you're statisfied, select the Save Changes button in the top right of the window, and name your view.
