Organization Object: Configuring Hierarchy Labels

You can rename Organizations and Accounts, calling them anything you like. Let's see how!

Your hierarchy likely has specific names. What we call an "Organization", you may call a "Customer". And what we call an "Account", you may call a "Workspace". To rename our objects to fit your labels, follow these simple steps:

1. Navigate to the Lifecycle Tracking settings page

2. In the top right, you'll see a button "Customize Labels". Click it.

3. Update the form displayed with the labels you'd like your users to see!
