Key Releases
Global Search Note and Conversation Bodies 🔎
Note and Conversation bodies are now searchable via Global Search! Simply type in a search term and relevant results will be displayed.
Searching for an Account/Organization (either by External ID or name) will also return Notes in the Global Search results. We’ve also redesigned Global Search in order to make it easier to search and filter results.
Edit Columns & Create New Views with Widget Results
When clicking into a widget on a Dashboard to dig into your data, you can now choose which columns you want to see and save those changes for your entire team.
Additionally, you can save those widget results as a new View and add it to a Hub for easy access.
Build Custom Task Statuses
You can now create custom Task statuses to fit your team’s needs. Once your Task statuses are created, you can then quickly move Tasks between statuses via Board View or in the top right corner of a Task slideout.
When a new Task is created, it will immediately be put into the default “Active” status, and when it’s marked as Complete, it will be put into the default “Complete” status. Completing a Task via the checkmark will also update its status. If you mark a Task as un-complete, it will return to the default “Active” status.
Admins and Leaders will be able to manage Task statuses (create, edit, and delete) in the Task settings.

S3: Event Syncing
We now support event syncing for all users with our S3 integration.
REST API: Custom Fields & Conversations
We've added a new endpoint for retrieving a list of available Custom Fields/Traits for a given object type - GET /customFields. Documentation can be found here.
In addition, you can now update Traits for existing Conversations and create Conversations with Trait values via our REST API.
