Goals is now out of beta and officially available to all customers! With Goals, you can automatically track the success of your strategies and demonstrate impact to your business and customers.

Embed Goals in Docs

Use the backslash command in any Doc to embed a new or existing Goal

Make goal-setting a collaborative effort with your customers by embedding Goals in Docs. Create success plans to give your customers insight into how they’re tracking towards their goals.

Start a 30-day free trial of Goals+ to embed Goals in Docs, report on Goal progress in Dashboards, and much more! If you’re an admin, head to your Vitally account > Settings > Account & Billing.

Growth Breakdown Widget

Integration Updates

Jira Improvements

The Jira integration now supports the use of the Select List (multiple choice) trait type as an external ID.

Recurly Support for EU Accounts

The Recurly integration now supports integrating with accounts hosted in the EU.

REST API Endpoint for Health Scores

You can now use the Vitally REST API to view the health score breakdown of an Account via Account ID or External AI.
