How Vitally relates your different data sources

Organizing data from disparate systems is a complex task. In Vitally, we make this happen by relating everything to an external ID, which is simply a unique ID given to an account or user. By tracking the same unique external ID for accounts and users in all of your data sources, Vitally can accurately tie customer data from one source (e.g. from Salesforce) with another (e.g. from Stripe).
