Personalize Custom Surveys with User Variables

Insert user variables into questions to personalize your surveys

Add user variables to the title and body of Custom Survey questions to personalize the experience for each user. Simply use the { button on your keyboard to insert any user variable into your survey. You can also add variables into the welcome and goodbye messages, tailoring your surveys even further.

Want to try out Custom Surveys for yourself? Admins can activate a free trial from Settings > Account & Billing.

Send Survey Responses to Slack

Enable the Slack integration to send survey results directly to your channels

Send survey responses directly to Slack to enhance visibility and share results across your organization. Using the Vitally Slack integration, you can set up your surveys to automatically share results to specific Slack channels.

You can now export your Custom Survey responses to a CSV to share with external team members or leverage outside of Vitally.
