Removing user <> account associations
If a user is accidentally associated to an account, or you simply need to remove a user from an account in Vitally, there are a few ways to do so:
Via the user's Accounts on their profile page
When on a user profile, if you hover over an account in their
Accounts
list, you'll be able to remove the user from that account.
Via the Users list on an Account's profile page
When on an Account's profile page, navigate to their
Users
. There, you can select the users to remove from the account.
Via the Segment API
Our Segment integration supports removing users from accounts. See
