Additional Releases

Citations in AI Summary Notes & Docs

Data citations inside AI Summaries will now carry over when the summary is saved as a Note or Doc, so you can continue to have insight into which data points are driving your AI insights.

Additional Data Points in AI Copilot

You can now ask the AI Copilot questions about Projects and their milestones related to Accounts and Organizations. Replies will include citations that link to the relevant Project. Tasks will now be considered in AI Copilot answers and AI Summaries.

Follow-up Questions in AI Copilot

You can now ask follow-up questions to AI Copilot wherever it's available. The new questions and answers will be added to the chat transcript. On the backend, Vitally AI will see the previous questions and answers, so you can ask for more details about something AI Copilot mentioned, ask it to explain why it said something, etc.

Variable Support in Custom AI Summaries

You can now bring in customer context in the form of variables to your Custom AI Summary prompts.

Search Improvements

You can now type to search in the “from” field in Pending Conversations. You can also now search for Events inside the “Events” page within Settings (Admins only). Additionally, a search bar has been added to the “Add Action” slideout in the Playbook editor.

“Add to Hub” Modal

When choosing to add an item in Vitally to a Hub, the “Add to Hub” modal will now display all your Hubs in the same order they appear in the main navigation sidebar for easier searching.

Related Columns in Tables

For Properties with multiple “value types” (e.g., number versus percentage of Elements used), you can now create Table columns that show all value types on a single Table View.

Integration Releases

Ignore Parent Associations from Segment

Customers using Segment’s identify API can now configure Vitally’s Segment integration to not form associations to parent Accounts/Orgs from data on the identify event.

REST API Responses for Organizations

The Vitally REST API now supports fetching NPS responses for Organizations both through the /resources/organizations/:organizationId/npsResponses endpoint and the /resources/npsResponses?target=organizations endpoint.
