Key Releases
Playbook Reporting: Objects Created
Report on objects created by your Playbook automations for better visibility of data and improved troubleshooting. For each Playbook action that creates an object (e.g., Conversation, Task, Goal), you will be able to:
Click on a Playbook step to view an embedded Table View of all objects created by this step
Filter the Table View by the Playbook Run using the Run History panel
Save column preferences for future viewing
This is helpful for admins and leaders in Vitally as it eliminates the need to go back and forth between settings to understand what happened in a Playbook.
Smart Associations Between Conversations and Accounts
Vitally will automatically associate Conversations with the relevant Account or Organization using “smart” logic. Users can also manually manage the links between a Conversation and its Accounts/Orgs for improved visibility and troubleshooting.
Admins can access this new setting under Hierarchy settings, and is particularly useful if you have Users that belong to multiple Accounts in Vitally.
Additional Releases
New Blueprints: Forecasting, Exec Hub, Manager Hub
We released three new Blueprint Use Cases last month, including:
Forecasting - manage your end-to-end forecasting out of Vitally with pre-built Dashboards, Formula Traits, Success Metrics, and more.
Executive Hub - a ready-made Hub for executives in Vitally including revenue reporting, churn insights, NPS analysis, and more.
Manager Hub - a central location for managers in Vitally to track team performance, do capacity planning, report on revenue, and more.
Display Percentage Metrics in Status Filters
When filtering Projects, Conversations, Tasks, and Goals, the Status categories are now displayed as percentages, making it easier to see how many objects fall into different statuses.
Filters Collapsed by Default
Table View filters are now collapsed by default to reduce clutter and expand automatically when in use.
Multiple Meeting Notes
In the slideout for any Meeting, you can now view all related Notes, or start a new Note even if one already exists. This solves for the use case of having multiple Notes on a single Meeting.
Threaded Replies to Vitally Email
From December 10 onwards, replies to a Vitally Email sent to a connected Gmail or Outlook address will be threaded in the original Vitally Email conversation. This does not apply to historical conversations.
