Key Releases

Vitally AI+

This month, we launched a powerful new AI add-on for forward-thinking teams. Vitally AI+ includes:

Current Vitally customers can enjoy unlimited access to all AI+ features until November 1, 2025. After that date, customers without the AI+ add-on will continue to have access to AI Copilot — including AI Actions, AI Summaries, and Ask AI with 90 days of historical context.

Upgrade to AI+ directly from your Account Settings (admins only) or reach out to am@vitally.io!

Custom AI Summaries

AI Summaries just got more powerful — create custom templates to tailor your AI Summaries to exactly the information you want to see.

  • Multiple templates: Build different AI summaries for different situations. The pre-existing “Default Summary” remains as well.

  • Unlimited prompts per template: Add as many prompts as you need to capture every angle.

  • Visibility controls: Keep templates private or share them with your team.

  • Seamless editing experience: Preview and refine your prompts with a slick editor.

  • Smarter results: Behind the scenes, your prompts are optimized and paired with the most relevant data sources.

Get started by navigating to any Account or Organization > opening the AI Copilot > selecting AI Summary. You can then create a new custom AI Summary template by clicking the + icon next to Your Templates.

Custom AI Summaries are part of the Vitally AI+ add-on. Enjoy complimentary access until November 1, 2025.

Additional Releases

Create a Note using AI

Save time on notetaking by creating a Note using AI Copilot on a Conversation or Meeting. Choose to generate a default Note from scratch, or select any Note Template from your library.

Vitally AI will analyze the structure of your Note Template, fill in any gaps, and enrich the template with information from the context of your customer interaction. It can also generate lists, embedded Tasks, or any other prompt you add into your template.

Default Doc Sharing Settings

For Docs, sharing settings just got an upgrade — choose who on your team can view or edit a Doc, and who at your customer account can access the Doc.

  • In Doc Templates: Set the default permissions for users on your team to view or edit that Doc. Set the default external access to that Doc to Anyone with the Link, Any Users at the Account, or Only Those Invited. These settings will apply automatically to all Docs created from this template.

  • In individual Docs: Click the Share button in the top right to view or change who on your team can view and edit the Doc, and who externally can view the Doc.

Global Dashboard Filters

Save the filters on a Dashboard to apply to everyone at your account, saving time on setting filters on a user-by-user basis.

Current User Filter

Filter objects dynamically by the "Current user" in fields that reference a team member (Key Role, Task Assignee, Project Owner, etc.) to show each person the data relevant to them in a single View.

Clear Health Score Conditions by Segment

You can now clear Health Score conditions for a specific Segment.

Auto-Save AI Copilot Emails

Any edits you make to AI Copilot suggested follow-up emails are now automatically saved in the browser. You can make edits, leave the page, and when you come back to the email later, the previous edits will be restored.

Copy a Link in Activity Slideouts

You'll now see a link icon in the top right of activity slideouts that allows you to copy a link to that specific activity object within the Data Explorer. This allows you to share a specific object without needing to share the specific context that you were viewing it in (i.e. a Widget drilldown or Hub View).

Account Links in User Property Widgets

In a Property Widget for Users, the Account and Organization Properties now display links to the respective Account or Organization 360s.

Playbook & Trait Description Column

There is now a “Description” column in the Playbooks and Traits tables in Settings. It shows a simplified version of the description as text in the table, and the full description on hover.

Percentage Custom Traits

You now have the option to select “Percent” when deciding how to display a number-type Custom Trait.

Integration Releases

Privacy for HubSpot Meetings

HubSpot meetings imported into Vitally as Notes will use the HubSpot meeting description as a read-only field in Vitally Notes, and the HubSpot meeting’s internal notes as the Vitally Note body for enhanced privacy.

Intercom Bot Messages

We now import Intercom messages from bots if a user has replied to the message.
