Key Releases

AI Copilot

Introducing your AI personal assistant, purpose-built for Customer Success and natively built into Vitally. With the AI Copilot in Accounts, Organizations, Meetings with the Gong integration, and Conversations, you can quickly understand the state of any customer, get instant answers to your pressing questions, and automatically take AI-generated actions to streamline follow-up and get back to driving value for customers.

AI Copilot is now available within Notes! Use Copilot in any Note to ask questions, suggest Tasks, extract Custom Objects, or draft a follow-up email. This is especially valuable to users who sync call transcripts into Vitally via Notes, expanding AI access to our non-Gong users.

Learn more about AI Copilot in our announcement blog post and read our documentation to get more information.

Embed Widgets in Docs

In any Doc, you can now use the backslash command to embed a Widget and easily share reports with your customers or team. Custom Widgets and default Vitally Widgets (e.g., integrations, health score, etc.) are supported. Internal users can still drill into these Widgets to see more details, but external users cannot. This empowers users to share richer, more insightful content with their customers via Docs.

Relative Date Filters

Drill further down into any View with relative date filters and report on the specific days, months, and quarters that are most important to your business. In the filter sidebar, you can now filter the results by:

  • Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow

  • Last, This, and Next Month

  • Last, This, and Next Quarter

Additionally, we have improved the filter labels to make this all more intuitive and simple to understand.

Additional Releases

Widget Drag and Drop Improvements

Widgets have been refined so that drag and drop capabilities are isolated to a dedicated drag handle to the left of the Widget name. Most Widget controls are now hidden until the Widget is hovered over, improving the ease of dragging and editing Widgets within Dashboards.

Filter Conversations on “Created by Playbook”

In the filter sidebar of a Conversations View, you can now apply the filter “Created by Playbook” to identify exactly which Conversations were automatically created by which Playbook.

Due Dates Display on External Project Views

External users can view the due dates on Projects shared with them via a Doc, expanding visibility of shared projects and enhancing collaboration with customers.

Reply to Key Roles in Conversations

In the “Reply to” field of Conversations, you can select a Key Role from a dropdown menu to quickly customize who the email replies will be sent to.

Doc Share Link for Invite-Only Docs

Users can now retrieve a Doc share link for invite-only Docs that still requires users to verify their email address in order to access the Doc, enabling a more secure path to sharing Docs.

Group Conversation Limit Increase

The limit of participants on group Conversations has been increased from 10 to 50 participants, enabling customers running scaled CS motions to communicate with more users at scale.

See Associated Accounts for Conversations & Meetings

Conversation and Meeting slide-outs now show the Accounts and Organizations that they are associated with. We will show up to 10 Accounts and up to 10 Organizations, helping clarify cases when Conversations and Meetings have multiple parents.

Add sendError to Pending Conversation Views

The “sendError” column will now show by default in all Pending Conversation Views. This increases visibility into why messages are not sending, allowing for quicker troubleshooting.

Integration Releases

Video Playback for Gong Meetings

Any meetings recorded via Gong will now support video playback inside Vitally, bringing everything you need to see and know about a customer call within a single view. You must be logged into Gong in order to watch the video playback.

Edit Integration Traits on Unconnected Objects

Integration Traits can now be modified on objects that are not connected to an integration. For example, if an Account is created from Salesforce with a Trait named “Subscribed to emails” that Trait can now be manually updated on objects in Vitally that are not linked to a Salesforce object. This allows users to leverage a single Trait created from any system and update it on any object in Vitally.
