Key Releases
AI Copilot 2.0
Vitally AI Copilot just got a major upgrade: it's faster, smarter, and actually agentic. Ask deeper questions, get more personalized answers, and let Copilot do all the heavy lifting. Here’s a summary of what’s been updated:
Chat back and forth with Copilot and watch it think as it works, in real time. No more waiting around for answers.
One ask, multiple actions. Copilot handles them in parallel, so you can create Conversations, Tasks, Notes, and more simultaneously.
All Account and Organization Properties are now available to Copilot. Greater context = more accurate insights.
We’ve upgraded the base model of Vitally AI to use Claude Sonnet 4.6.
AI Memories
Your business is unique, and now so is your Copilot. Train Copilot by saving instructions as Memories, and they'll inform every answer with deeper personalization.
Wherever you open Copilot, click the brain icon to access your saved AI Memories and add new ones. You can add Memories on a global level, or for individual accounts.
Saved Prompts
Create, save, and reuse your best prompts. Standardize your common workflows, revisit past sessions, and get started faster with a single click.
Wherever you open Copilot, click the plus icon to add a new Saved Prompt. Give it a name, then add instructions for Vitally AI to follow. Your new Saved Prompt will then appear in the list of available prompts in the Copilot panel.
Note: Any Saved Prompts you create are currently only available in your own Vitally instance and cannot be shared across users.
Additional Releases
Profile Settings Have Moved
We've streamlined navigation by moving personal profile settings into the main Settings experience. The separate "My Profile" option has been removed from the top-left dropdown and consolidated into “Settings."
Playbooks Enhancements
We've released a handful of enhancements to the Playbooks editor to make accessing information and controls a little easier:
Playbook settings and testing are now nested inside a new "..." menu in the header, and the ability to delete a Playbook lives in that menu as well.
When deleting a Playbook that can't be deleted because it's currently in use, we now show a modal listing what needs to be updated.
The "In progress" tab of the Run History slideout now tells you when a Playbook was paused.
When a Playbook run is stopped, we now show in the trigger node of the run that it was closed manually, who closed it, and when it was closed.
Admin Log Out of All Sessions
Admins on SSO-enabled accounts can now force log-out a teammate from every active Vitally session with a single click. On the “Team Members” page in Settings, admins will see a new “Log Out of All Sessions” action next to each eligible user — clicking it and confirming invalidates all of that user’s active Vitally sessions immediately, allowing admins to easily offboard users and revoke access to Vitally.
Custom Object Dropdown in Copilot
When creating a Custom Object in AI Copilot, it will now prompt you to choose the specific Custom Object if it's ambiguous. Copilot then uses that selection to inform its data retrieval and follow-up actions, improving the reliability of AI-generated Custom Object creation.
Integrations Releases
Meeting REST APIs
Our REST API now includes a wealth of endpoints to access and modify Meetings in Vitally. You and your team can now programmatically analyze, create, and manage customer Meetings — including transcripts — directly through the API.
Account & Organization Source
To help teams easily identify and clean up records created by their integrations, we’ve added a new default Account & Organization Property called “Source” that shows which integration created an Account or Org in Vitally. This Property appears in a 360 when you view “All Properties” and can be added as a column or used as a filter in Table Views.
Redesigned Slack Integration Settings
We've redesigned the Slack integration settings page to make it easier to manage channels and events. You can now add channels via a popover at the top of the page, channel configurations are organized into collapsible sections, and events are configured as individual dropdown rows where each row lets you pick or change an event.
Default Outlook Sending Limits
We now default to the higher send limits associated with Outlook accounts. Customers who need to cap usage can still use our existing setting to limit the number of messages Vitally sends from their mailbox.
Zendesk Phone-Only Ticket Support
Zendesk ticket imports now support tickets created from phone-only sources. We've added enhanced matching logic to identify users by phone number (with name as a fallback), ensuring these tickets are properly synced. This improves data completeness for customers who receive support requests via phone.
HubSpot & Salesforce Task Bulk Delete Sync
Tasks created in Vitally and synced to HubSpot or Salesforce will now correctly delete in the integration when bulk deleted in Vitally. Bulk deletions now properly trigger integration cleanup jobs, helping keep Vitally and CRM data in sync.
