Vitally AI Summaries [Beta]

Quickly understand the current state of a customer with intelligent AI Summaries that analyze past engagement and identify risks, opportunities, sentiment, and more. AI Summaries take into account recent Conversations, Gong Meeting transcripts, Notes, NPS responses, and Custom Survey responses to build an accurate profile of any customer.

To start using AI Summaries, navigate to any Account or Organization 360 profile > click the Vitally AI sparkle icon in the action bar > select your timeframe for analysis* > click Create Summary. Once your summary is complete, click into numeric citations to see which interactions are driving results, and save your summary as a Note or Doc for future reference or to share with your team.

*Larger timeframes will take longer for the AI Summary to generate.

Default Pinned Properties

Vitally admins and leaders can now set default pinned Properties for their team in Account, User, and Organization 360s. To set a default pinned Property, navigate to any 360 profile > click the gear icon next to Properties > select a Property and click Save. This gives admins greater control over which Properties appear for their team as both defaults and as additions to the list of pinned Properties.

Edit Historical Revenue

Admins can now edit the historical revenue for their customers by navigating to the customer’s 360 profile > click the breadcrumb icon in the action bar > choosing Edit historical ARR/MRR.

Send Error on Pending Conversations

On any "Pending Conversations" Views, the sendError column will show by default, increasing visibility into why certain messages haven't sent and streamlining troubleshooting.

Element Categories in 360s

Elements in 360s display “enabled,” “disabled (previously enabled),” and “disabled” categories, which is in alignment with how they appear in Table Views.

Widget Header Breadcrumbs

Headers displayed when clicking into a Widget’s results include breadcrumbs that can take you back to the original Dashboard you were viewing, helping you more easily navigate through Vitally reporting.

Integration Releases

Subscribe to Emails for Disconnected Accounts

For the Google and Outlook integrations, there is now an option for Vitally admins to subscribe selected team members to receive emails if their Google or Outlook account is disconnected.

If a user is subscribed to errors for an integration, they will receive an initial email if some team members already need to be reconnected. These users then receive emails whenever additional team members need to reconnect their accounts, with each email including a list of all team members who need their accounts reconnected.

Group Conversations in Sendgrid

The Vitally Sendgrid integration now supports group Conversations for better one-to-many messaging.
