Key Releases

Flexible Customer 360s [Beta]

The newly redesigned Account, Organization, and User 360s are now available for all users. With this update, 360s are more powerful and flexible than ever before. Create customer-specific Dashboards, pin important Properties for easy access, and set default and personal Views to tailor how you work.

This feature is now in beta. To get access, navigate to My Profile > Experiments and toggle it “on.” We will be officially moving over to the new 360 in June 2025, until then you can continue to toggle back to the old experience.

Widget Library

Create and save your custom Widgets for reuse to the Widget Library, reducing duplicate work and making it easier to quickly build Dashboards to report on your customers.

The Widget Library is now available with the new 360 experience.

Calendar Views

Visualize objects on a timeline with Calendar Views to get insight into how your accounts are engaging across time. Create a Calendar View for Tasks, Notes, Meetings, Conversations, Projects, and Custom Objects. You can view a traditional calendar or switch to a timeline view depending on how you prefer to work.

Calendar Views can be added to any Hub, or added directly to an Account, Organization, or User 360 using the new 360 experience.

Additional Releases

Export Traits to CSV

You can now export Vitally Traits to a CSV from Settings to manage your data outside of Vitally.

Comments Update

We’ve slightly revamped our commenting feature, with a fresh coat of paint and the ability to click “Enter” to submit a comment and “Shift + Enter” to insert a new line.

View Absolute Dates in Columns

In Table Views with columns that display relative dates (e.g., “Last seen” or “Last message”), view the absolute timestamp by hovering over the date.

Filter and Sort Active Conversations

You can now filter and sort Table Views of Active Conversations based on relative dates (e.g., “Last message”).

Integration Releases

Manual Re-sync with HubSpot and Salesforce

Users in Vitally can now manually trigger a re-sync of an Account, Organization, or User record that is connected to Salesforce or HubSpot. If you’re not seeing the data you want to see in either Vitally or HubSpot/Salesforce, you can easily push or pull data with a single click of a button. This can be done by Admins in the new 360 experience from the “All Properties” page.

Bi-directional Sync of Key Roles with Salesforce Custom Objects

If you use Custom Objects in Salesforce instead of Contacts, you can map Key Roles in Vitally to these Custom Object fields in a bidirectional sync.
