Your hierarchy likely has specific names. What we call an "Organization", you may call a "Customer". And what we call an "Account", you may call a "Workspace". To rename our objects to fit your labels, follow these simple steps:
Navigate to your Settings (βοΈ) by selecting your Account Logo on the top left and next to Vitally Objects select the settings gear to configure customer hierarchy.
Select the drop down for Hierarchy Levels to select three levels (Organizations -> Accounts -> Users) (or via Quick Jump Mac: β + j Windows: Alt + j) .
You can rename Accounts and Organizations to something else (e.g Customers, Parent Company, Company, etc) in this setting.
