When attempting to create a conversation template in Vitally, users encounter an error message upon selecting "Create Template." This issue prevents the successful creation of conversation templates.

  1. Formatting Issues:

    • Hidden formatting might be inadvertently introduced when copying and pasting text from other sources.

  2. Missing Content:

    • The one-to-one conversation tab might lack required content when creating a Group Conversation template.

  1. Verify Content in the One-to-One Conversation Tab

    • If you're creating a Group Conversation Template:

      • Navigate to the one-to-one conversation tab.

      • Ensure that all required fields have been filled with appropriate content.

  2. Check for Hidden Formatting

    • If you're copying and pasting text:

      • Use the "Paste and Match Style" option when adding text to the template.

      • Alternatively, paste the content into a plain text editor first (e.g., Notepad) to strip formatting before transferring it to Vitally.
