Key Releases
Jump To Playbook Action
One of our most requested features, we’ve added “Jump to” actions in Playbooks. Save time on duplicate work by configuring a Playbook branch to “jump to” another action or branch within the same Playbook. When a user reaches an ending point in your Playbook, they can jump to any action or set of branches that is lateral to that point in the automation.
Additional Releases
Change Displayed Values on Widgets
You can now adjust the displayed values within a Widget so that you only see what you care about. When building Widgets with array values (e.g., Segments), use the dropdown menu under Property > Grouped by to select exactly which values you want to see in your Widget results. All values will initially be displayed by default.
Update Sort Order of Widget Results
When bar or stacked bar charts have their independent axis grouped on a numeric column (i.e. users' last NPS score), values on that axis will appear in ascending order of the value. When sorting is applied this way, the "no value" bucket will appear first.
Conversation Filters & Columns
We have introduced a number of new filters and columns that will improve your ability to report on Conversations, especially when sent through Playbooks.
Created By (Column) - this will display who or what created the Conversation. Either an internal user, Playbook, or external customer.
Created by Playbook (Filter) - this will allow you to filter for Conversations created by a specific Playbook.
Created by Playbook Action (Filter) - this will allow you to filter for Conversations created by a specific Playbook Action. You'll first select the Playbook, then select the specific action within the Playbook. This is useful if you have multiple actions within a Playbook creating Conversations.
Template Used (Filter) - this will allow you to filter for Conversations that were created from a Conversation Template either manually or through a Playbook.
Contains part/Does not contain part (Filter) - This filter is available for most fields, and is not limited to Conversations. We’ve improved our filter logic to be a “broad match,” so as long as the field contains the values you’re filtering on, they will be included.
Headers in Conversations
You can now add H1, H2, and H3 headers to Conversations sent from Vitally by using the backslash command or typing their markdown shortcuts.
Churn Banner on 360s
We now display a banner at the top of any Account or Organization 360 profile to indicate if they have churned.
Integration Releases
Identify Accounts and Users Created by Integrations
On any Account, Organization, or User 360, the external ID field will display an icon for the integration that created it. If you hover over the icon, you’ll see the name of the specific integration and when it created this customer in Vitally.
