How to Manually Remove Customer Associations
Removing a User from an Account or Organization
By hovering over the Organization or Account card on the right panel of a default Deck you can remove that association. Additionally, you can manually add Accounts or Organizations if you edit the User.
Removing an Account from an Organization
When in an Account 360, you can edit the Account and remove or add an Organization association.
Via the Users list on an Account's 360
When on an Account 360, navigate to Users on the left panel. There, you can select Users and select the person icon at the bottom of the screen to remove the User association to that Account.
