Here are a few ways you can leverage goals to ensure your onboarding operation is driving the desired outcome.

Overview

Driving down time-to-value is a critical component for any organization. Structuring your onboarding processes to deliver outcomes quickly is critical, but as important is having accurate measure in place to signal if you are achieving those outcomes.

Below we go over a few different Goals to build out like onboarding duration, onboarding health, onboarding nps, etc...

Onboarding Duration

If you leverage projects to track onboarding progress and outcomes you can now set a goal when an onboarding project is assigned to track if the project is completed within the target time frame.

Onboarding Health

If you use an Onboarding Health Score to track implementation quality you can now use goals to ensure this is done within a timely manner and that the implementation health reaches the desired threshold.

Onboarding NPS

If you use NPS within Vitally you can now leverage goals to track if your initial responses from customers at a critical time (post-onboarding) are promoters.

Onboarding Campaign

If you use a scaled strategy to onboard customers you can leverage goals to track the efficacy of your drip campaigns against the desired implementation outcomes.
