Define Playbook Exit Rules
Playbooks can now be configured to ensure that Accounts or Users who match the Playbook rules complete the entire Playbook, even if they stop matching the rules prior to completion (e.g., while sitting in a "Wait" step). When this setting is enabled, Accounts or Users will only exit a Playbook once they no longer match the rules and reach an "Automation Finish" step.
To define the exit rules for a Playbook, navigate to the Playbook Trigger and view the Rules. Scroll to "Accounts should stop and exit the playbook" and select the radio button for Only once they've completed the playbook and no longer match the rules.

Sync Meeting Participants to Notes
When creating a Note from a Meeting in Vitally, Meeting participants are now synced to the Note's participants, creating greater visibility into who attended a customer call.
Widget Results Include Churn Data
When clicking into a Widget to view its results, you can now see all available data, including data for churned customers.
Integration Releases
Map Zendesk Organizations to Vitally Accounts or Orgs
The Zendesk integration now supports mapping Zendesk Organizations to either Vitally Organizations or Accounts. For customers using Vitally hierarchy, this expands the options for how to map customers through this integration.
Surface all Survey Responses via REST API
You can now extract all Survey responses from Vitally's REST API, adhering to our standard pagination technique, for easier analysis outside of the Vitally platform.
