Deactivating your Vitally Account
If you would like to deactivate your account, you can do so in your account settings at https://YOURSUBDOMAIN.vitally.io/settings. This will deactivate Vitally as a whole therefore, no one will have access to Vitally.
If you’d like to retain any data, be sure to export your data by creating Views for each object (e.g., Conversations, Notes, Tasks, Accounts, etc.) and exporting those views to CSV via the export button on the top right of the Views.
Exporting your data must be done prior to your churn date. We can not access your data after your churn date therefore we will not be able to export data on your behalf.
After 90 days, Vitally will permanently delete all of your data. If you would like us to alter that timeframe for your account, reach out to support@vitally.io. Please ensure to export any data before you deactivate.
The Deactivate Vitally button in the bottom right will deactivate your account at the end of your current subscription period. You can re-activate your account at any point until that date.
Deactivating your Vitally profile
If you would like to deactivate your account (not Vitally, but your specific account as a Vitally user), you can do so in settings > profile > select Delete my Vitally user Account. To reactivate your profile, an admin must do this in settings.
Deactivating a Team Member
Let's say a team member has left your organization, an admin can deactivate (or reactivate) another team member. To deactivate another team member's Vitally profile, navigate to to your Account logo on the top left and select Settings. Then select Team Members to find Manage Team. There you an deactivate it or reactivate it.
Note: When a Team Member leaves the business and their user profile is disabled, the Google connection needs to be manually disconnected in Settings (⚙️) > Integrations > Google for their recurring meetings to stop showing in Vitally.
